Practice and Experience

Gerardo L. Garcia represents individuals and families across South Texas in personal injury matters, with a focus on negligence and premises liability cases. His legal background includes experience as a prosecutor, as well as work in criminal defense and deceptive trade practices, giving him a broader understanding of how cases are built, challenged, and resolved.

This range of experience allows him to approach cases with a practical mindset. He is particularly known for taking on complex or unconventional cases and working them toward meaningful outcomes.

Over the past several years, Gerardo has secured millions of dollars in settlements for injury clients and has recovered significant compensation in cases involving dog bite injuries and other serious claims.

Approach to Cases

Gerardo’s approach is grounded in communication and clarity. He ensures that clients understand where their case stands and what to expect as it progresses. He encourages open dialogue, recognizing that strong cases are built on accurate information and trust.

He focuses on building cases that are well-supported and strategically aligned from the beginning. Each step is taken with a clear purpose, ensuring that the case continues to move forward without unnecessary delay or confusion.
