Cesar Palma was raised in Edinburg, Texas, where strong family values and a sense of responsibility shaped his approach to both life and work. Growing up, much of his time was spent outdoors with his brothers, building the kind of resilience and perspective that continues to influence how he operates today. With more than a decade of experience in personal injury law, Cesar has developed a reputation for preparation, consistency, and results. Cesar completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas-Pan American, now UTRGV, before earning his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, he competed in regional and national mock trial competitions and earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Appellate Litigation, ranking first in his class.

He is licensed to practice law in Texas and in Federal Courts and remains active in the Rio Grande Valley through speaking engagements at schools, connecting with students from elementary through high school.

Personal and Community Connection

Cesar is a husband and father of three sons. Outside of his legal work, he spends his time with his family, often outdoors enjoying nature or traveling.
